Look outside, the summer is coming! It's time to make your own bubbly drink again. Malicafe's Kombucha workshop is back. Again with brain full of fermented food inspiration. Obviously I'll guide you through all the ins and outs about Kombucha brewing as well as true and false (as of today) about nutritional facts and benefits on the beverage itself, but remember you never leave my workshop hungry.
After (or during) the lecture, you are invited to enjoy surprise fermented goodies with recipes. Not to mention with some infused Kombucha drink. With a little trick you can turn your kitchen into a magical place where you always find something to nibble, sip and bite or serve it on your favorite plate and announce proudly that's your well-deserved special dinner. You'll also learn Kombucha is not only for drink.
Fermentation is an old traditions that has been all around the world for many generations. Every home has its own recipe with reasons that's very much influenced by the environment that microbes thrive on. By noticing the invisible that has always been around you, your world becomes infinity. Let them come into your life. It's so much fun if you open the door. And there's no going back.
