Our first workshop this year will be Ultimate Vegan Dumplings&Kimuchi workshop!
We'll start from how to make wrappers by yourself, and meanwhile teach you how to make Kimuchi with Korean peper (in our original vegan version). Kimuchi won't be ready on the same day (as it needs to be fermented 2-3 days), so for your lunch you will eat the one we made a couple of days in advance. We will share Korean peper and Japanese Komb when you go home, so you can make them at your home too! Everything is absolutely vegan, and is delicious ;) While enjoying the freshly squeezed juice from our kitchen and bancha twig tea, you will learn the basics of Macrobiotic before you start cooking. The course will start from 11:00, and last about 2.5-3 hours including a short Macrobiotic lesson, cooking and eating together.
The date is not fixed yet, please contact us for your desirable date and time, and we'll try to group participants. For now we say Sunday, 8 February.
In nutshell this course includes:
- Freshly squeezed carrot&ginger juice (might change to green juice) - learning basic knowledge of Macrobiotic - how to make Vegan Dumpling from scratch to fully plant based contents on your own - how to make Vegan Kimuchi - Bancha twig tea through the day - eating together with our small dessert - Recipe, one portion of Korean peper and Japanese komb for you to make your own Kimuchi at home

It will take place at Malicafe's kitchen and our cozy living room in IJburg, 15 mins by Tram 26 from Central Station.
