Next Macrobiotic Vegan Workshop: 18 October (Sat)

Malicafe will host a small Macrobiotic Vegan Workshop. We would like to teach you how to make Vegan Brown Rice Sushi and how nice and good for you it is to eat simple, local seasonal vegetables in Macrobiotic way. The course includes: - learning basic knowledge of Macrobiotic - how to make your own Vegan sushi - tasting of a few more Macrobiotic dishes Bancha tea is included as usual. It will take place at Malicafe's kitchen and our cozy living room in IJburg, 15 mins by Tram 26 from Central Station. The cost per person is 36.30 euro incl. VAT. We will prepare all the ingredients and sushi mats for you to practice, but we would appreciate it if you could bring your own kitchen knife that you are familiar to use at home. Our concept is "learn easy and make it on your own at home". Eating Macrobiotic is not difficult! You will go home with a fulfilled stomach plus leftovers and a recipe to follow at home.
