Malicafe Macrobiotic Workshop is back again!
In this course, you will learn how to make Vegan Brown Rice Sushi and how nice and good for you it is to eat simple, local seasonal vegetables in Macrobiotic way. You will also have tasting of a few more Macrobiotic dishes to complete your lunch plate :) Bancha tea is included as usual.
It takes place in our kitchen and a cozy living room in Ijburg on Sunday 14th September, from 11:30-14:30.
The cost per person is 36.30 euro incl. VAT.
We will prepare all the ingredients and sushi mats for you to practice, but we would appreciate it if you could bring your own kitchen knife that you are familiar to use at home.
Our concept is "learn easy and make it on your own at home". Eating Macrobiotic is not difficult!
You will go home with a fulfilled stomach plus leftovers and a recipe to follow at home.
